EU withdrawal request

Use this page if you are an EU consumer and want to exercise your right of withdrawal for an order placed on Unlevel Edge.

You generally have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to withdraw from an online purchase, unless an exception applies. Please submit your request with your name, email address and order reference so we can identify your order.

After submitting: your request will be sent to Unlevel Edge. We will review it and respond using the email address provided. If Shopify's self-serve cancellation or return flow is available for your order, you may also be able to use it from your customer account.

Important information

The EU right of withdrawal can be subject to exceptions depending on the product and circumstances. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to return the goods before a refund can be completed.
